REQUESTING A SERVICE CALL or INSTALLATION REQUEST:

Service requests or Installation is provided onsite in situations where minor touch up, field installation or service is requested. All our installers are qualified furniture installers with the proper insurance, tools and know-how to perform the repair or installation to factory specifications. Our logistics partner has experience in the healthcare industry with over 1000 warehouse locations with supporting installation teams servicing the US (Titan Logistics). Please allow us 48 hours to arrange service pending on what service is being performed. We request our delivery and installation services team to call  the customer 24 hours prior to arrival to ensure the customer site conditions are ready for the installation or service requested. We will do our best to be on time, and with a smile.
