Return Policy:
We want you happy with your purchase experience. Returns do happen. All stocked products typically are returnable without question with the customer being responsible for the returned freight only. If its our error we only ask that the containers and boxing be retained and the product reshipped in the same container. We will issue a pick ticket for those products in question. Some of our factories charges a minimal restocking fee on those stocked purchases so call us if there is a problem. We will let you know which of the various factories we represent have restocking fee return programs. It varies on the product purchased. Factory returns are always contingent on the factory acceptance terms of the sale. For example Drive Medical has a very liberal policy on returns. Only product that are used in medical situations and may be exposed to blood pathegens or other health restrictions do returns become a issue. In those situations the product cannot be resold due to legal resale restrictions.
Custom made products made to customer specifications can not be canceled once the order acknowledges from the factory. This applies in situations where custom fabric or finish was ordered according to customer specifications. In stuations like this if for some reason the color was off we will work with you to find another buyer and to sell off the unwanted goods. We only ask you hold on to the shipment while we find another buyer.
Factory defects- Return to factory is free of charge and without penalty. In established factory defects we extend 100% credit and return or will offer factory additional allowance discounts or purchase options with customer approval.
Merchandised returned that is unsuitable for resale and NOT in the factory container with existing packing materials no credit may be extended. IN these situations it is a total loss for the dealer and factory -No credit may be extended.
